1.) That looks awsome
2.) whats for a materials did you use ? Foam and Plastic ? because i am working on a garrus cosplay with 26.armiger legion armor and builded a prototype with paper and carton to see how big i have to build it
3.) what kind of color do you used ? spray paint or acryl color and glaze it later ?
4.) if you are used foam how did you bend it with cutting and heat it or cut it and glued it or both ?

1) Thanks!
2) It's a secret. I can't tell you.
I'm kidding. :)
I used eva foam, those large foam mats you can get at like home depot or lowes. I got mine in bulk online at foamtiles.com I used the 1/2 tile. I also used thick fun foam sheets from Hobby Lobby or Michaels.
3) I coated the foam before painting it, otherwise the paint doesn't go on shiny. I used a mix of automotive spray paint (hammered metal) and airbrush acrylics to tint parts of it blue.
4) I actually have a foam bending tutorial in my gallery. I also have it online here: [link]

Wow a complete tutorial thanks for that link
the head is too made with foam ? right ? it is painted with the same technic or some special way of painting
the details like little holes, scratches and the scars are made with the wood ironing tool or how does that work ?

(i know i ask much but it is because i want to learn from the experience and mistakes of other people so i don't do them again and waste materials)

No worries about the questions. I answer because I'm getting too old to do it all myself so I have to teach a new generation to do it all :)

The head is made of the same foam, only thinner... it's not painted the same though. I sprayed it with a sealing coat of Plasti-Dip spray (think liquid rubber) since his "skin" should be bumpy and rough, not shiny and smooth :) The scars and holes were indeed made with the wood burning tool. Just careful practice with it. :)

oh thats nice that you help the new generation
i still have two question
how thick is the foam 3 or 6 mm ?
and is the foam builded in 2-3 sheets to make it or is the foam after you bend it so strong that you need only one ?
