ohh cool, could you explain more about blacklights? lol, I haven't heard of them before lol, are they actually just lights that shine black or like a special effect lighting? Also, are the florescent paints expensive?
Well, finding florescent paints isn't hard, they're usually very easy to pick out. They literally look like neon colors. Blacklights are UV lights, usually used in things like growing plants. They come in florescent tubes, being a blacklight just means it glows in the ultraviolet color range.
There are lots of different ways you can go about it. A lot of "professionals" say that acrylic paints are bad and could be a liability and I'm sure they are, but I've never had any problem with them. I use an airbrush with airbrush acrylics, which are used on t-shirts, but it washes off pretty easily when I mix bubble fluid in it. I've never had any with an allergic reaction yet and I've been working with it for ages. It washes off easily and stay on pretty well.
Wow, maybe subconsciously, but no I wasn't thinking of that when I did mine. I was thinking more of scene from a manga Negima I read where a girl was covered in all these magical runes to unlock her true magical power and it looked a lot like circuit boards.
